TaskSwipe is a two-sided gig marketplace mobile app that connects local hirers with nearby workers for short-term physical jobs such as lawn care, moving, cleaning, and other tasks.

Billing and Renewal: Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Your use of the Services is also governed by provisions regarding user-generated contributions, contribution licenses, review guidelines, mobile application licenses, services management, privacy policies, DMCA policies, term and termination, and modifications. These terms protect both your rights and ours.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. You agree that we have no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by your inability to access the Services during any downtime.
These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal Negotiations: Parties agree to attempt to negotiate disputes informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: If parties cannot resolve through negotiation, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will take place in Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
We maintain data you transmit to the Services, but you are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data. Additional provisions govern electronic communications, SMS text messaging, and California users.
